Education for future: designing learning curricula to meet complex skills posed by Business 4.0

20th – 24th September 2021 | Place: San Secondo di Pinerolo, Italy

The project – „Transnational cooperation initiative fostering developing forward thinking skills of students, teachers and workforce in sustainability-relevant sectors posed by Business 4.0 trends through innovation in Business& Engineering education and training”, organized through the ERASMUS+ programme, will organise a short-term teacher-training during the aforementioned period.

The training aims to:

  • Aims to exchange knowledge on complex skills demands posed by Industry 4.0 and digitisation of workplace.
  • It provides a joint learning experience to maximize the impact on participating organisations with respect to learning, teaching, and training for advanced skills and digital progress.

The benefits for teacher are:

  • Better familiarized with Business 4.0 concept in teaching and learning process
  • Enriches knowledge with cross-disciplinary and multicultural views on skills development in the context of emerging technologies and technology-intensive smart factories
  • It changes mind-sets and mentalities, channels positive energy and adds value to participants by the adoption of innovative educational approaches for teaching and learning on future skills for digital advancement

The training will be led by expert trainers in business and international university co-operation.

For higher education institutions involved the event represents a meaningful opportunity to develop and modernize courses and syllabus, for developing international collaboration via digital learning and expanding the use of Business 4.0 elements.
