Erica Giordano
HEAD OF EUROPEAN PROJECTS
Graduated in Economics from the University of Turin, she joined INFOR ELEA in 1995. In thirty years of work, she has acquired experience in the management of both national and international training and development projects financed by European funds in regards to the entire development cycle and therefore, from the searching of funding calls to the project planning, management and reporting of the intervention. She also deals with providing Technical Assistance as an expert in support services for planning, design, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of labor policies.
Diana Ioana Mitrofan
EUROPEAN PROJECTS
She graduated as a community manager. She is a Romanian mother tongue and joined INFOR ELEA in 2011. Since then, she has been involved in the implementation and management of projects financed by European Funds in Romania. She is an expert in organizing and carrying out study visits and has acquired in-depth skills in the management of partnerships and project activities.

Our Projects
consists in the design, development, and implementation of a high-quality training courses on entrepreneurship, for prisoners and ex-offenders, accessible on an IT platform trying to solve the reintegration global problem.
