She graduated as a community manager, she is a Romanian mother tongue and she joined INFOR ELEA in 2011 and since then she has been involved in the implementation and management of projects financed by European Funds in Romania. She is an expert in organizing and carrying out study visits, she has acquired in-depth skills in the management of partnerships and project activities.

PhD in Agricultural, Forest and Food Sciences and Master Degree in Business Administration, he cooperates with INFOR ELEA on the on the implementation of European and National projects related to the development of training programs for sustainability, bio-economy and social inclusion.
Paulina Rudnicka

She is a Polish mother tongue and she joined INFOR ELEA as an expert in international projects. She has been involved in the implementation and management of projects financed by European Funds in Poland. She has acquired in-depth skills in the management of partnerships and project activities.

Our Projects
consists in the design, development, and implementation of a high-quality training courses on entrepreneurship, for prisoners and ex-offenders, accessible on an IT platform trying to solve the reintegration global problem.
