Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as on the free circulation of such data (General Regulation on Data Protection, hereinafter also “Regulation” or “GDPR”), we inform you that personal data you have made available to INFORELEA will be processed in compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data and, in any case, the principles of confidentiality that inspire the Company’s activities.

The data processed by INFORELEA are personal data.

Purpose of the treatment.

The personal data you have made available to INFORLEA may be used for the following purposes:

a) allow and manage your membership / registration for our training services;
b) allow you to take advantage of the activities reserved to you by virtue of the accession / registration to our training services;
c) for administrative accounting purposes and for the fulfillment of obligations under current legislation;
d) allow the sending of informative and commercial communications including our newsletters;

We remind you that, with reference to the purposes highlighted in points a), b) and c), the conferment of your personal data is mandatory. Your possible refusal and / or the provision of incorrect and / or incomplete information would prevent the execution of company training services, the fulfillment of administrative and accounting activities as well as those related to regulatory obligations.

With reference to the purpose highlighted in point d) the consent to data processing is optional. However, your refusal may prevent the company from communicating promotional offers, private and free training services, opportunities related to work services and activities related to international projects.

Method of treatment

The processing of your personal data will be carried out by means of suitable paper and electronic means, with logic strictly related to the aforementioned purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

Duration of treatment and criteria used for data retention

The data will be processed only for the time necessary for the purposes mentioned above.

The data processed for commercial and marketing purposes will be processed until the possible revocation of the consent by the interested party.

Rights of the interested party

We inform you that at any time in relation to your data, you may exercise your rights under the limits and conditions set forth in articles 7, 15 and 22 of the Rules.

In detail, the interested party has the right to:

– revoke the consent previously given, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on consent before revocation;

– ask the Data Controller to access, correct or delete (“Right to Oblivion”) personal data or limit the processing of personal data concerning him or to object to their processing;

– obtain data portability;

– oppose the treatment;

– propose a complaint to the Guarantor for the protection of personal data if it considers that its rights have been violated.
