Training & Welfare
Forwork is funded by the European Commission, DG Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion: it is aimed at accompanying migrants towards socio-labor inclusion, especially asylum seekers and refugees welcomed in the reception facilities of the Piedmont Region. In the project, INFORELEA deals – in addition to coordination as the lead body – with the training of about 600 beneficiaries, aimed at improving employability, favoring the job placement of subjects through the activation of personalized training courses.

The P.A.R.agri Project – Accompaniment and Regularization Pathway in Agriculture – is funded, through the Ministry of the Interior, by the FAMI (2014-2020 Asylum Migration and Integration Fund). P.A.R.agri aims to combat and reduce the exploitation of immigrant workers in agriculture through the improvement, recognition and enhancement of the skills of the beneficiaries, in matching supply and demand in agriculture.
The WEL-PRO “Welfare Prosperity” project aims to develop a social sustainability plan based on the activation of a companies’ network involved in the analysis and provision of employees’ welfare measures. Acting within a network is instrumental to accomplish a community shared model to integrate employee’s welfare initiatives. The network involvement intends to support and enlarge the spread of know-how to strengthen the mechanisms of response to strengthen the community well-being.

The WE-CARE project consists on a dissemination campaign of Employee Welfare management system amongst firms, to highlight strategic values and improve worker satisfaction neither stimulating labour productivity. Through the offer of technical-managerial consultancy, effective partnership between entrepreneurs, workers and local authorities have been developed to allow the implementation of sustainable action plans.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP & INNOVATION
consists in the design, development, and implementation of a high-quality training courses on entrepreneurship, for prisoners and ex-offenders, accessible on an IT platform trying to solve the reintegration global problem.
